Returns
We want you to love everything you purchase from Centric, and we stand behind every product we make. However if you aren't satisfied for any reason please see our full returns policy below.
⦿ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of when the order was placed.
⦿ Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unused and with original tags attached/original packaging). Sorry, no test runs!
⦿ The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping cost. Please contact us via live-chat to setup a return. We will send out a return label and deduct the cost from your refund total. Please note that we don't process return messages on weekends. (we're probably busy ripping up some trails)
Refunds
⦿ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.
⦿ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days (excluding holidays and weekends).
⦿ Any item that shows signs of wear or use will not be eligible for a return. This is based on the policy that we do not refund used items. It is also based on the policy that you must return the item in new/unused condition for a return.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our part (yeah, these things happen sometimes). If you need help with a replacement reach out via our live-chat widget and we'll get ya taken care of right away!
